Asbestos Survey Experts
T.A.L. Consultancy provides a full asbestos surveying service inclusive of Asbestos Management Survey, Refurbishment Survey and Pre-Demolition Survey as defined by HSG 264, all our dedicated surveyors are certificated to BOHS P402.
The company undertakes project management of asbestos removal contracts and client asbestos management ensuring compliance to “the duty to manage asbestos” including constructing asbestos registers, asbestos policies & procedures and the construction of an asbestos data base, register and asbestos management plan.
We have over 20 years experience in dealing with asbestos management and removal in local authority housing stock and public buildings. T.A.L. consultancy are also a training provider and offer asbestos awareness courses and structured asbestos training inclusive of a full audit programme.
From a Management Survey, we can establish and record the presence, possible nature and location of asbestos and include an assessment of its condition.
This survey is intrusive and will reflect on intended scope of works for a refurbishment project. It is project specific and every effort is made to ensure that there are no presumed samples.
This intrusive inspection endeavours to describe all ACMS identified within the premises. This requires full access to all areas and may, by necessity, cause some destruction to property and possible interruption to operational activities
